The conference participants noted that in their work they are guided by the approximate Regulations on the provision of speech therapy assistance in organizations carrying out educational activities, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2020 No. R-75.
The regional conference has become a resource platform for presenting the innovative experience of 30 speech therapists of the Ivanovo region in the implementation of modern speech therapy and correctional and developmental technologies in the practice of the educational process.
“Governor’s camp” for educational programs and technologies “Artek” begins its work in three regions – Yaroslavl and Kursk regions and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, the press service of the IDC “Artek” reports.
“Our plans are even more ambitious: we plan to implement the Governor’s Camp project in 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation,” stressed Konstantin Fedorenko, Acting Director of the Artek ICC.
He said that in order to launch the first three camps in “Artek”, training of counselors for the regions was organized, which will ensure the implementation of Artek work standards.
“The last three shifts we have been training counselors from the leading pedagogical universities of the Yaroslavl and Kursk regions and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. They were trained and worked as counselors at Artek. In addition, each of them, with the support of the Artek pedagogical team, has prepared an educational program for implementation directly in their subject, ”said the head of the International Children’s Center.
To implement the shifts, “Artek” will send a team of educators, senior counselors and methodologists to the regions. Thus, in the pilot camps, the Artek programs will cover about 1000 children in 3-4 shifts.

“Governor’s Camp” is a project involving the creation in each subject of the Russian Federation of one children’s center for educational programs and technologies, as well as personnel approaches of “Artek”. The implementation of the project is based on a multilateral agreement between the regional government, regional universities and the Artek IDC. It is assumed that the functioning of the camps will take place under the patronage of regional executive bodies.
The goal of the project is to increase the availability of best practices for working with children and expand development opportunities for schoolchildren from different regions.
On May 10, the XVI All-Russian youth educational gathering of military-sports organizations and cadet corps “Union-2019 – Heirs of Victory” ended in Kazan, the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation reports.
The gathering was attended by over 600 people from 40 regions of Russia.
Children of 14-17 years old, united in 41 teams, competed in swimming, shooting, fencing with bayonets, sports knife throwing, kettlebell lifting, and also demonstrated their knowledge and skills in a historical quiz, military tactical game, march-throw competitions, medical training, strength testing and obstacle courses. The program of the event also included excursions, educational workshops, seminars, lectures and the laying of a capsule with a message to the participants of future training camps.
According to the results of all tests, the first place was taken by the team of the Kurganinsk Cossack Cadet Corps.
On Victory Day, May 9, participants in the All-Russian youth training camp “Union-2019 – Heirs of Victory” led the column of the “Immortal Regiment” action in Kazan.

It is attended by activists of the local history museums of educational organizations from 31 regions of the country – the winners of the competitive selection organized by the Victory Museum.
